I liked that vetericyn is non-toxic, which was the main reason I bought it for my dog. He licks everything, so it made me feel a little better using something that didn’t seem harsh or scary around him.

It did seem to calm down some of the redness on his skin, but it definitely wasn’t as quick as I was hoping. The spray bottle was kind of annoying too and didn’t always spray right, so I felt like I was doing extra work just to get it on the spot. Overall it’s okay, and I might buy it again, but I’m not totally sold.

I was disappointed when this showed up. The bottle was just sitting in a flimsy box with hardly any padding, and by the time I brought it in from the porch, the box was already kind of crushed on one side. There was a dent in the bottle and a little bit had leaked out, not a huge puddle or anything, but enough to be annoying. I opened it while making coffee and just thought, really? For the price, I expected it to be packed with more care. The product itself might be okay, but the way it arrived was bad enough that I probably won’t order from here again.

I’m still waiting to get proper help, and the replies from customer service have been really slow. When they finally did respond, it felt like they were putting the blame on me instead of actually trying to fix the issue. Frustrating experience so far

My vet recommended this for my dog, so I figured it was worth trying. The spray bottle worked fine and was easy enough to use, but I didn’t see much improvement or healing like I expected. I tried this eye wash on my dog for a few days, hoping it would clear things up, but it didn’t make any difference. His eye was still red and watery the whole time. The worst part is the timing was terrible because we really needed something to work quickly, and this just didn’t. Felt like a waste of money for us.

I ordered two wound sprays and a shampoo, but whoever packed my box only sent one spray and put in the wrong rinse instead. Customer support did eventually get it fixed after a few emails, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than it should have. Not the worst experience ever, just frustrating when you’re counting on pet stuff to show up quickly.

I picked up the vetericyn hot spot spray after my dog kept licking the same spot until it got all raw and irritated. Umm, I was hoping it would give him some relief without being a whole big hassle.
It was easy to spray on, and after a few days it did seem like the area calmed down a bit. But it definitely wasn’t some super quick fix or anything like that.
We still had to use the cone and keep the spot clean while it healed. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just kind of average for us.

I tried this on my Lab’s hot spot and he was not having it at all. As soon as I put it on, he kept pulling away and licking at the area even more, so I ended up washing it off quickly. Maybe it works fine for other dogs, but mine clearly wasn’t okay with it. Kind of a waste of money for us.

I bought Vetericyn thinking it would help keep my dog’s small cut clean and stop it from turning into anything serious. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I did expect it to at least help prevent infection. A couple days later the area was still red and looking bad, so we ended up going to the vet anyway. Maybe it works better for other pets, but for us it really didn’t live up to what I hoped and felt like a waste of money.

I do like the products, but the shipping felt a lot slower than what I’m used to from other pet supply orders. My package sat there for a few days before it even started moving, and it ended up arriving later than I expected. It wasn’t the worst shipping experience I’ve had, but compared to places that get pet stuff out quickly, it was a little frustrating. Hopefully they can speed things up a bit...

It works, but the quality doesn’t feel consistent every time. Sometimes it’s fine, and other times it’s literally not the same, so I’m a bit on the fence about it.
